Same day when I received my PPR email. October 5, 2011 (Canadian date.) but CEM sent me the letter in the 6th(Philippines date_).

Girlash, nasa Pilipinas ka kasi kaya mas mabilis mo nakuha. I am already in Canada so I don`t know the real deal on how long it will going to take before I get my passport back. But I am pretty sure it will be here before 90 days. By the way, is DM in your e-cas status necessary for you to know...

Chub, you in Philippines right now? When did the embassy received it? According to the PPR letter that they will try their best to send back the passport within 90 working days from the date of the receipt of the passport. Do you think this would take that long?

Oh thank you for your help. That is so kind of you but I have been working here in Alberta, Canada for 3 years now. I am waiting for my passport coming from Philippines. I hope I can get it before old man winter comes.

Weird kabayan. I had my medicals in August 8,2011 and I got an email (PPR) October 6, 2011 (Date in Philippines). You should have PPR anytime now.
