Oh thank you for your help. That is so kind of you but I have been working here in Alberta, Canada for 3 years now. I am waiting for my passport coming from Philippines. I hope I can get it before old man winter comes.

Alright. Sorry for the delay. After getting the passports back there was a flurry of activities so could not get on to the forum earlier. Here are my timelines:

PP Sent: 10/24/2011
PP/Visa Received: 11/8/2011 (15 days after passports sent)

My visa was received..
..139 days From File Transfer to Detroit Date
..490 days From CIC Application Sent Date
..966 days From AINP Application Sent Date

New applicants, please take these days with a pinch of salt as I missed sending some documents that sort of delayed my process. If you read all the instructions carefully (which I did not ;D) then your application should move faster. I must be one of the slowest of the lot. Hope this helps. Share and prosper

hey just one question came in to my mind... What is the photo size you submitted aling with passport..? can you add a link if there is any ... or could you tell me the exact size please?

received passport request Nov.2 , I sent the passport 2 Cairo. They received it on Nov. 9 according to tracking of courrier. I think it should not take more than 2 weeks in the office to stamp visa. I wish address change does not affect the timing because I sent the passport attached with paper to change passport.

Same time, I asked for GCSM or CAIPS aroung Oct. 18

Has address of Anyone here disappeared after passport request ?
