is there any body have an experience that they verify the experiece certificate .and if they cant confirm (would they refuse the application)what they will do, plz share your experiences.
and on their visa instruction guide they have mentioned they need experience certifcate with details of pay your were drawing.but i got certificate from previuose employment without pay details.
please share your experience would it be fine or they must will ask for the pay details which apearently i cant do it, because the closure of company.

I think everybody is frustrated..heheh! Even me, it starts to wera me out everyday. I had my medical last August 8, 2011 e cas status changed too. I hope letter is coming now since they always use snail mail to send me a letter. Where did you have you papers processed?

thats's true! I am frustrated becoz it only said 13 months on their website, and I had already submitted my application for 13 months. I submitted my application to Buffalo and I don't get any notification for transferring to other offices so I believe it is still in Buffalo. What about you?

I believe that Buffalo is on of the busiest place to have your papers processed. Mine is in Canadian Embassy Philippines. All we have to do is to wait because there's no way we can have our papers expedited. Your is taking too long.

btw i am in Canada right now but my work permit is already expired. I did submit an application for renewing my work permit before it expired, and the website shows that it take around 124days to process it. Now I am worrying if the Buffalo office ever ask people to show their legal status in Canada before they issue pr :'(

Guys!
I was reading threads on CEC- class! Peopl there who have applied for PR at buffalo after sep'2011 are getting their AOR in 2 weeks and the following weel they are getting medicals. How are they managing to do it so fast? I mean there are so many of us applied even before them; I hope its a good sign that they are processing cases that quick! lets hope to see our PPR request soon.

yea thats good to know... so its been more than a month since they received our medicals.. Did anybody heard that anybody else than Rossei recieved ppr... I think that is a random case.. they still must be having the same processing time hey..

i have a question for every one in this forum which is pertaining to bank statement.i am waiting for medical request so they will ask me to send a bank statement.can u guys tell me that ,r they asking everyone for with 6 months history statement.and is it essential that the balance should remain the same through out.i have applied on 3rd of jun 2011,so soon i am expecting request from them.my balane in jun was shorter by 5 thousand dollers than i deposited 7 thousands in july since than i got the required balance.so on that calculation i have to wait for jan to get my medical done along with bank statement which will be with 6 month history. suggest me if i can send them before in case they send me the request in november sometime so the balance in first month will be shorter and after that will be fine please share your experinces,

and now, just got an update again from ECAS..

ECAS STATUS (OCT 27)- IN PROCESS
We received your application for permanent residence on January 13, 2011.
We started processing your application on October 25, 2011.
Medical results have been received.

If a family's medical are done on Dec.2010 while they have a new born and his medical is done in September 2011. what will happen because principal applicant medical is expire in December 2011 but only one month is left. Please explain.....

If principle applicant medical expired then he have to undergo from the medical examination again, the reason is the validity of medical show the validity of visa, means to have to land in Canada before expiry date of visa

Hi Frnds....

I am new to this forum but i keep checking the posts everyday....Is dere anybody who help me out Huh

I have applied MNP program last year and my medicals are done..even ECAS status have shown that medical reports have been received....I received a letter from CHC, New Delhi asking to undergo medicals and in the same letter they requested for PPR's ( dated 06 Jul,11 ) But i got delayed in sending the passports to CHC as my husband passort got torned and we have to send it for reissuance....The agent advised that this will be considered a damage passport and this procedure will take 2mnths....then, I sent the letter to CHC Delhi, about the reasons for delaying in sending the passports...But till date we have not proceesed further for the passport..we are getting too late..so i am bit worried is dere any timelimit to send the paspports to embassy or how this delay will impact on my application..pls advise..

Could please help me. Im about to send my nbi clearance together with the passport to my husband, what do i need to include? We havent receive the email for PPR yet. Im somewhat confused what to include in the package. Im afraid i might left out something they need. thanks!
