As soon as your application leaves Canada and gets to the Singapore office, there's nothing that their Canadian office in Ottawa can do. There is a number for the Singapore office but it's an automated message. I haven't figured a way of speaking to an actual person.

Aww, darn. I'd say order them because like you said there are an infinite number of possibilities. As we have learned, what we write in the application form, and what CIC records can be quite different lol.

Do you have a copy of your GCMS Notes? If so, you should make sure everything under client details is inputted the same on the MyCIC linking process. For number of people, it could also be throwing you off, if it's just you and your spouse then 2, if there is a child on the way or already...

Probably incorrect information, line of information could be different from what you have and what CIC has recorded. Things like city of birth or your passport expiry date etc.

I feel like they have a contingency plan on that, I doubt they want us trying to link an application say 50 times (if both sides had 5 email addresses, which isn't actually that unreasonable these days).

Do you have another email address? I feel like it will lock you out after a certain number of attempts with that particular application regardless of how many accounts are made.

If you have GCMS notes I suggest looking at the client details on around page 3. Some items like city of birth or intended city of residence etc could be different from what you were expecting. So I definitely would advise anyone with GCMS notes to double check if they get an error. Mine...

Actually, I didn't. I remember the last time when I had to submit some additional information like change of workplace etc. I got an email confirmation right away.

Exactly the same information for me too.

On the application? I put Married. During the linking process? Single Why? Because when I was looking through my GCMS notes just to confirm my wife's passport expiry, I found out that on the GCMS notes it actually say Single for her under client details. Very odd though.

HILARIOUSLY I've figured out what happened with my application, I linked it multiple times and couldn't figure it out. I checked my GCMS notes and APPARENTLY CIC thinks my wife is "Single" I put that in, put 2 for the number of people for the application, found the application instantly.

I hope this is the case, remember they had already postponed this once, annoyingly at the last minute too!
