Thanks Jalex23 .. yeah all depends on how we put application but being from pakistan is tough for one to get TRV while having previous US refusal ..

For online submission we dont need to sign it just fill it validate it and upload it

You can Send a CSE and explain them that you over sight this question.. anf reason of refusal and as you submitted 2 days back so its its good to send now .. i did same mistake and send cse after 12 days and was lucky enough to get TRV :)

Getting TRV for spouse n family in such scenerio where main applicant is PR or citizen is very rare .. unless they have very good travel history .. IMO ..you shud land first .. and then later apply for your spouse OWP and TRv for your kid..
