Visitors visa got refused

please can anyone give some advice, what to do further.
Got rejected visitors visa, I have applied outside Canada , submitted all possible documents and the email I have got, stated following reasons for rejection;
Purpose of visit
Your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence
Your personal assets and financial status

personal assets and financial status
I was invited to visit father of my conjugal partner, who leave in the same country I do ,UAE Dubai. His father wrote invitation letter and my partner wrote cover letter, all possible doc to show ties were submitted.
I am a cabin crew I fly all over the world, and still got refused.
Can I reapply and what evidence I have to provide. We are not common - law partners due to the law in UAE that we have to be married in order to live together, what should i do in this case. I felt like no one even look at the file!

When did you apply? And when did your review of eligibility start?

I have apply March 14 th got answer March 27th.

Yup, if they deny, they reply within a week or two. Anyway, apply again if you think you have more concrete and genuine info available.

Is there somewhere I can ask what they really need, I mean all possible and impossible papers were provided, bank statement sertified by bank 30k CAN on my account, salary certificate from employer, vacation letter from employer stating date to come back to duty, invitation letter notarized by notary , cover letter what else they want?! Plus I have travel USA visa for 10 years.

In ur case it seems that invitation latter which u sent is not accepted by VO Never mind make ur documents more strong like ties to ur home country and canada Permenenant job Some accents on ur own name and Previously if applied online then next time apply offline viceversa

Thank you for ur comment, but I am currently a resident of Dubai, I am not leaving in Ukraine for almost 8 years and in Dubai I have no families. Just some friends and my partner. I have no property in Ukraine either.

You should apply for gcms notes that will tell actuall reason of refusal

Thank you for the information, but it will take 30 days and may be more to get it, my travel date is May 27th I am afraid not enough time to proceed a new application, is there are any other way, or shall I risk and reapply again with what I have, already. I am so frustrated we have spend so much for tickets and visa already.

Don't apply with same documents unless u improve ur situation than earlier otherwise it will get refuse again Better wait and do some research and think how can make more strong documents than earlier and then reapply

But how wud you address and convince VO without knowning what documents were not satisfying ..

Earlier u applied and again u are applying then it's obvious if u r applying with same documents then get refusal unless u improve ur documents

Does anyone can suggest a trastfull immigration layer, who could check already existing doc, and suggest what to improve, in order to get higher chance to be able to get my visa on time. I am concern big time of losing my flt tickets. Thank you

My suggestion is to apply again and again I think u will success in 3rd or 4th try
