My suggestion is to apply again and again I think u will success in 3rd or 4th try
Not great advice. Reapplying without addressing the reasons for refusal will simply result in another refusal. Ordering GCMS notes is the best approach. It gives you a much better understanding of the actual refusal reasons. IRCC is assuming that with your partner and his father, that the risk is you intend to return to Canada and remain there.
- Remember, despite the invitation letters, the application is based on you and your ability to support the travel yourself.
- Is your partner a Canadian citizen?
- How long did you request to visit Canada. First time visitors should limit the time they request to 2-3 weeks.
- Do you have sufficient funds to pay for the trip and accommodations. About $1,000/wk is the expectation, plus airfare.
- What is your status in UAE? Where are you from originally? Do you have permenent residence there and when does it expire.
- Do you own property there or anywhere else.
- Include a leave letter from your employer with a return to work date, work contract with dates, pay stub, etc.
- 6 months bank statements
- Copy of visas to US, Schengen countries, Australia, etc
- With your partners invitation, include a copy of his permenent residence, work contract, salary slips and leave letter (assuming he is living in Dubai/UAE). Prove to them he is returning as well.
Whatever you submit, remember that what IRCC really wants to see from you is that you are going to leave at the end of your trip and that you can support yourself if the need arises.
