Re: Last minute Confusion! There is a condition, the person should be living in Canada. Moreover I have to prove her residency by documents which are less that 6 months old. She left Canada in January, 2014. So all her documents are more than 6 months old.

Which country are you from? Is your university sending the attested copies of your certificates and mark sheets/transcripts?

ECA Just to inform you guys, who are planning to send docs for ECA 10 business days of WES is not actually 10 business days. The whole process takes 1 month or more than that. ICAS at least published how much time they actually take. And the time (6-8 weeks) is for end to end process, I guess.

Don't want to hurt you. If you are applying for 4011, it falls in 3 years but less than 4 years. In the NOC 2011, 4021 doesn't fall under the purview of 4011. Please check the NOC guide.
