My brother is planning to give IELTS within one month. Can he apply without IELTS result right now?

my baby is 1 year old and she do not have passport now...i want to apply for 16th aug. intake..can i add her name on 17th or 18th aug (i.e. after submitting the application on 16th) or 1st i have to apply for her passport and add her name in the application?

can we modify the application after submitting on 16 th aug. intake?

I had received similar letter dated Mar 2016 and they provided time period till 9 june2016.
I have sent all the asked documents to them and the shipment was delivered on May 31,2016.

I am working in ontario right now with a permanent job.
I just completed my 1 yr in canada as work experience.
My EE score is 460 still waiting to get invitation.

If i apply for Quebec , will this have any impact on my EE appliation or with Ontario PNP i ll apply in future.
Also can i withdraw the offer later of Quebec nomination after getting it.

My sole motive is to stay in ontario and waiting for Ontario PNP to open up.

I am taking quebec as a back up plan, if nothing happens from EE side i might accept the quebec offer.

Also Can we get the nomination from Quebec and still work in Ontario till i find a better job in Quebec Huh?

I was thinking of applying next week, as per the posts here, seems like people who applied in 2012,2013 are getting the decision now. Is it still the same or latest intakes or it can be done in few months or maximum one year. Anyone who has any idea on the timeframe, please share.

Also, I have bachelor's in Mathematics(Hons.) and Masters in Computer application both are evaluated by WES as equivalent to Canada degrees respectively, Quebec would consider my masters in category A or not because in the list following words are mentioned Computer Science(Bachelor) and Computer Engineering(Bachelor)?

Do I qualify for 16 Points as per Category A of Areas of Training?

I see only below related to Computer, Not sure whether my Master's degree maps with any of below. WES has evaluated my masters as equivalent to Canadian masters and same for my bachelors as well but seems like Quebec doesn't have Master level programs in computer.

Can you please share your source of research for 60% refusal...

If that is the case...then it will help me decide to not waste my INR50K money on QSWP which will surely take more than 2 years to process..

If it is true, which means only 40% of the applicants follow the document submission rules and format. For instance, people submit experience certificate without mentioning job duties, hours, and salary; thus, obviously it will be rejected. Another example, if immigration asks birth certificate, they will submit passport copy to prove birth date. In summary, you do not have to decide your case based on the others rejections.
In my opinion, Just follow the submission template and you will reach the goal.
