How early/late does ecas show the update after/before receiving the letter?! sometimes we get very late mail around here!

Do you guys know if calling the call centre often has an impact on the process, I had a nice lady tell me that my file is ready in van office waiting for an appointment date, 2 weeks later, i called with a young guy on the line "sounded like a newbie" he gave me the standard answers... you have...

Good for you! There have been other reported cases on this form of people getting an RQ because of this, it's like playing Russian roulette if you ask me!

I tottaly agree, everyone is free to do whatever they want, but delaying such important event, is asking for a RQ, don't you agree?!

I don't know where are you going with this, but if you are trying to be a smarty and lie about a day or two it's not worth it, there is an international system that tracks every passenger movement, maybe air canada is not willing to of through the hassle for you, but that information is there.

Called CIC, latest status, verifications are done at the local office, waiting to set a test date, fingers crossed!

i think some people need to start reading discover canada early!
