Congrats!! :) .. One question , Did you redone medical tests and have send them ?

Can anybody tell me how to apply for notes ?? I am 29th Aug Applicant , still AR/MR. Medical is expired already. No remedical mail received yet from NDVO. Still will do medical and will send to NDVO. PCC is also expired ,so will do it as well and will send it to NDVO.
