You can contact the cic call center & they will asked you to confirm which addrees to use. Thats what I did, since I have 2 addresses also, our apt. here in Toronto & our main office in Montreal

As per call center it's 36 days plus 2 weeks delay

As per CIC surveillance codes, "1" means - "No requirement for medical surveillance " so nothing to worry.

If it's not yet reflected on ECAS you can call cic call center after 36 days processing times. The agent told me its 36 days plus 2 weeks delay or more.

I think you should have only one address except if you have a representative.

Hi Savio, I requested for a copy of our bank statement but the visa officer at the border didnt't even bother to asked for it.
