Does anyone know what benefits we can apply for when we arrive or any website with info? I am a Canadian citizen and I am sponsoring my husband and 14 month old son. I hope to plan to apply for jobs about a month before we leave Greece for Vancouver but any extra help would be great.

Our application was delivered on the 16th of February or at least somewhere around that date. So after Aor it can take up to 2 months for approval of sponsor? Was hoping to be able to leave Greece in September.

Hello! Our application is ready to be mailed from Greece but I discovered that instead of getting our marriage certificate translated I got the certificate of family status. It is an official certificate that includes everything, children, marriage, former marriages. Getting the marriage...

I think that the only extra requirement on it is the photos needed for the prv.

We have are application ready to be sent tomorrow morning from Greece! Do I need to include the region specific checklist along as well or just the imm 5491?

I mean the PR visa.

So, there isn't any regulation that you must receive the visa outside of Canada if you have applied outland?

One more question ;D If the prv is issued while my husband and son are visiting in Canada must they return to Greece to get it or can it be mailed to them in Canada?

Thank you for your help! We are applying from Greece which is a visa exempt country, if I am not mistaken, so would we just explain ourselves at the airport and hope my husband and son are granted entry?

These forms can be tricky! I think I have filled this one out right. I am sponsoring my husband and our 9 month old son, so : 4) 1 5 A) 2 And everything else 0 except for 7) which is 3! Correct? Thanks :-)
