Guys, One query regarding Affidavit. I have two resident records ( temprarory/present) and permanent). Both are in different states. Do you c any concern if I get affidavit issued from permanent address. TIA

I did not get exit stamp in US during my departure from US to India. Not sure if they follow this process i.e. only admission Stamp, no exit. That made me think it should be for Home country. But would like to get others opinion as well.

Re: lacking 2-week in two years of Experience May i ask you about your lawyer, if he is registered with cic? On what basis he said no issue in accepting ITA. did he review historical data of such cases? TIA

So you did not include days between 27th july 15 to 6th Aug15. May I know your perception for same ? if I include them, on 15th Jan I would be completing 3 years of exp
