The data available on CIC website right now is only till September 2015. They update it quarterly and I think Jan 2016 data will be uploaded sometime around May-June 2016.

PCC is valid for a year, and they almost never ask for a renewed one unless you have to face an interview. You can go ahead and send in your application with the current PCC, no issues.
