I received the IME, RPRF, PCC through email.

Hi Rudra, Sorry for your loss. You do not need to send your mom back to India. You can do the medicals in Canada and also get the PCC from BLS. Also you will need to advise IRCC about your dad's demise and provide them the death certificate.

We received the documents and PCC request a week apart through email. I submitted everything, no update after that.

Ottawa office will process the file and advise you to do medicals/ pay RPRF and provide PCC.

Use 2 or 3 for #of persons on application.

It does not matter which email address you use, email is only to send you the receipt. I think you are selecting wrong options. Go to https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/order.do?category=8 , it will give you only RPRF option.

Which Visa office is processing your file? Check the contact information of your visa office on page : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.asp Also,you should be able to upload the PCC online in myCIC.

SA is mailed/ emailed to sponsor ( I got the mail ). If you have provided email address for the principal applicant, RPRF, IME, PCC will come through email.

Go to BLS centre in your area and apply for PCC. http://www.blsindia-canada.com/

There should be instructions in the email / letter from IRCC. It should tell you how to submit the requested documents.

Ottawa will process your file and at the final stage when they need passport , you will be give 2 options 1) Submit passports to India 2 ) Submit to Ottawa ( If your parents are in Canada ). On a separate note , Ottawa is way more faster then Delhi office.

The email should tell you where you need to send the PCC. If it says send to Ottawa, your file will be processed in Ottawa.Otherwise it will be in Delhi. Just follow the document checklist provided in the email and that should be sufficient.

MyCIC updates after a day or two. So you should have something in MyCIC soon.

Go to your MP office , explain them your situation. You are 2014, your file should have made more progress.

If it's moved to Ottawa, you will most likely be processed faster than other VOs.
