I think you should go to the same doctor where your Supervisa medical was done and ask him to forward the previous results. That's what I was suggested by the doctor. ( My parents had the Supervisa medical done in March)

I think you should just send your parents back to India when you get the Passport request from New Delhi office. Don't add additional steps by trying to have it stamped in Canada.Mailing is also not a good option.

Thank you for the reply. You mean submitting by courier? Couriers do not carry passports as it is illegal in India to send passport through couriers across the border.Is there any way the CIC can change the stamping country ?
