It sounds as though you have been denied based on missing information from your file and it not being submitted in time. I would suggest googling your MP and see if they can help. You will probably need to start an appeals process which you will 99% for sure be approved because it was just...

If you went in process in September, then I am hoping everything will be okay. Unfortunately, if they sent that request for PC and it wasn't submitted in time, then the application could be denied. I'm really hoping this is not the case for you!!! Any other members have insight?
