While the BOWP application is put on hold, is the person under implied status?

Hi Friends, At what point is a person considered PR? Is it when you get your PP back or when you get the PR card? My WP is expiring end of June and I got AOR in Jan 16. Should I apply for BOWP or will I get PR before June? May sound like a silly question..but I just don't want to waste money...

Guys, What happens when an applicant has not selected the proper NOC code? As long as their duties and responsibilities match some A OR B skilled job, can't CIC just fix this for them? and assign a NOC code of their liking and then decide if it's either A OR B sill level. Why reject...

Hi, For studies outside of Canada, You have to provide a copy of the actual diploma/degree, ECA and transcripts.

As long as the new NOC you're selecting is skill A or B and your duties and responsibilities mentioned in the employer reference letter fit the new NOC, there shouldn't be a problem. Just explain your confusion and why you're changing the NOC clearly in the letter of explanation.

Hi guys, Under the family information section, I'm entering my father's name, and I have a confusion here. My father has a firstname middlename and lastname. The column has only firstname and lastname. Where do I enter the lastname ? with the firstname or lastname? or should I ignore it? Thanks!
