PCC only from PSK (Passport Seva Kendra) or Indian Embassy is acceptable. PCC's from SR. Superintendent is never accepted and your eAPR will for sure get rejected!

Hi, You can mail and ask OINP to transfer for your Nomination to the new EE Profile that you will/have created. I think they do transfer if the case is genuine. A LOE is must. Make sure you explain OINP well. I'm sure OINP will transfer the nomination on to you new EE Profile. Thanks and...

Since, you have got married after receiving ITA I'm sure you can notify CIC and add your spouse paying RPFR and application fees. Since, your CRS won't go down as you will be getting married soon.
