    You can work anywhere in Canada but it is advisable that you find a job in the province that nominated you and move asap. Also when landing be sure to land in the province that nominated you. If there is any restriction on where you can work it will be written on your new work permit.

    In lieu of the bank statement you can write and upload a letter of explanation stating that you were invited under cec and POF is therefore not required.

    Yes working for different employers within one year is allowed under cec. You need letters from all employers that list out your job duties and they must match the duties in the skilled noc that you choose.

    There is no risk. Go ahead and change it before you receive the invitation to apply. I know someone who did that and is now a PR.

    If you send it out today you should receive it back by the 28th/29th. It's risky though. Might be best to send the passport when you get back to avoid anxiety.

    If you explained your reason for visa refusal in LOE you will likely not be asked for schedule A. I know someone who did this. She was not asked for schedule A and she received PPR.

    Why not go to your profile and edit your proof of funds to meet the new requirement? If not, at some point you will receive a letter form cic stating that your profile is no longer eligible. Your signature says you are still waiting for PNP so have yet to submit your EE application?

    If the work experience was gained while in Canada and after the completion of your studies, yes you can use it to apply for CEC. You can not use the experience if it is NOC C. What is the NOC code you plan on using?
