Hi Friends, Ive completed one year of work as "food services supervisor" under two different employers, I worked with one employer for 8 months and with another for next 5 months. Would it be counted as eligible for CEC? what documents would bbe required from employer?

Which NOC code do you think applies to be classified as skilled work experience ? Food services supervisor is pretty generic.

Yes working for different employers within one year is allowed under cec. You need letters from all employers that list out your job duties and they must match the duties in the skilled noc that you choose.
