I actually had to change my address which I did online & then it showed up using my UCI which I had from previous IEC application.

I think that I've been able to link OWP to CIC. It gives me an application number (starts with W) but says that I've applied online & the submission date is the date that I finally got it linked. Is this what everyone else found?

According to the 2015 Timeline Spreadsheet there are some Sept Oct applicants that have reached DM & PR already. There are also plenty prior to that with still nothing. I'm hoping that the previous applicants have been expecting the 24 month processing time & just haven't been online to update...

This was happening to us all the time. Someone suggested ringing between 3 - 4pm Wed or Thurs & they don't seem to be so busy. We rang on a Tues about 2pm and finally got through.

I had the application returned & just resubmitted the application with all paperwork. Was still in status though so I can't help you with other queries sorry.
