can cic issue a removal order against me ?

i got married to my first wife on 28th dec 2012

i didnt submit any sponsorship application. i landed and became a PR on 15th feb 2016. i stayed in canada in 2016 from 15 feb to 6 jun. then my wife called me back to pakistan. there she divorced me on nov 22 2016. i remarried on jan 3 2017. i came back to canada on jun 2 2017. i got this email...

my wife divorced me, after that i remarried and came to canada. I received this email from cic. i have submitted my answer to cic. My wife divorced me but she emailed to cic that i divorced her. Can anyone tell me what will be next step ?

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office its usually a year from the date of medical for example if u had ur medical done on April 2016 then ur visa will be upto april 2017....means u will have to reach canada before april 2017
