Blood done there, and X-ray next door and is walk-in. Still going to work out cheaper and I can just catch the college st street car from my place to it. EMedical - Yes.

I ended up booking with doctor Nazareth on college st. He charges 190, compared to the 250 at the doctor on st Clair. People in another thread of similar topic seemed to praise his work, and has decent reviews online. Fingers crossed!

Or Dr John A.B. Nazareth? These two doctors are in the most convenient locations for me.

Has anyone been to Dr Martin Taylor on Richmond St? Know if he has eMedical and if blood/X-ray in same location? Anyone else who's had different doctors ONLY in the Toronto area that has good/bad feedback?

Thanks for the info. It is a little bit of a hassle for me to get to that doctor, and it seems expensive for a checkup, but I guess I want someone who is reputable as well. Might arrange a booking with your doc. Does OHIP cover the medical at all?

Did they submit the medical quickly? Was it sent electronically do you know?

Are all the doctors in Toronto on their list "eMedical" enabled? The form cic emailed me saying that if the doctor listed a over has "eMedical" enabled, passport photos are not required.

Did anyone have a bad/slow experience? Do they all cost about $250?

Yeah, thats what I figured it was. Just a verbal confirmation on information that they can already access. Cross referencing the numbers with the NOA. Anything to help strengthen the case, I'm happy to comply with.

I think that was basically why they called me, it was quicker than physically requesting the 2013 NOA. they must be wanting to get some of the applications through the system as they are behind. I have not even entertained the idea of doing upfront medicals. Maybe I should do that now, I guess...

Still waiting for MR, Mut. Not too worried, it seems a lot of us are still in the same situation. I predict there will be another round of MR's this week. Sounds like they were very close to a decision on my application and MR will be sent soon (assuming I'm successful). Hold tight.

It was definitely legitimate. They knew way too much about the case that only someone who physically had my file in front of them would know. Im not in the slightest bit worried about that. I guess they were just being thorough. Hopefully decision made this week for me!
