Yeah, I figured that the success rate is pretty high if you've dot all your i's and crossed your T's. It would only be if the NOC cap is full essentially.

No MR yet, App received 17 Dec AOR 5th Feb I'm so nervous. I hate not having my MR when everyone else has.
