Absolutely no... Paying RPRF is not a mistake... Once they promote your file to processing they check if RPRF is outstanding or not. If they find it outstanding you will get email, if you already paid RPRF then your processing will continue to next level.. Once that level completes you will...

You can finish your PR process right now and your family can finish PR process once they get stamped Passport... I saw they give pritty much good time to finish the process...
