they will accept your application and instruct you to pay the fee online and to upload receipt only. Same was happened with some else also.

You need to do the following.... 1) Affidavit 2) No trace certificate from the concerned municipality 3) If no trace certificate in other then english then translation attested by notary 4) Attach school certificate highlighting your dob 5) Attach passport as well for your 2nd proof as DOB
