I am October 7th 2016 BC PNP inland paper based applicant. Still waiting for medical request. I would love to do upfront medical, but I can't find a doctor that would do it. Can anyone help me find one? We are in British Columbia, the Kootenay region. Would consider Kelowna and Vancouver for upfront medical. Thank you!

Waiting on Medical,
My question:

How to send medical upfront, is there specific clinics who actually do it?
is it ok to just send it without waiting for cic to ask for it?
Thank you
Upfront Medical check works in my circumstance, but some people believe it may negetively affect your process. so maybe it takes risk. i did mine in oakbrige mall vancouver. it seems there are bunch of clinics which are qulified to updront medical check in vancouver, I just choose one which nearby my home. anyway, hopefully, everyone PPR sooner

Hello,
I'm also BCPNP International grad stream(and ur ID is same lol), and I'm considering doing an upfront medical.
Do you know where to take the upfront medical exam in BC? As I know, some doctors do not allow paper based applicants(Not EE) to do upfront medical :(
Thanks you!

Hi
I haven't got the medical request, but I did my upfront in August. I gave all the paper from hospital back to the clinic. Do I need to send the results to CIC or the doctor will send them after getting the MR?
Thank you

Hi Salok,
Yours is a little faster than mine. Have you ever tried to contact CIC to ask why our process is so slow.
The MR has cost almost 8 months, could we PPR by 16 months? I'm so doubt it...

Thank you

I have not contacted the cic. I know for sure they won't give proper info for why it's slow process, they are trained not to give any info.
it's actually 10 months of the day I submitted the app.
The thing is, people who applied in Aug 2016 are getting MR now in October, check the Jul aug sept thread.
so basically if things did not change, we getting MR after 15 months, which would be in this case March 2018, which is ridiculous
