How much time do we have to stay in provience while applying PNP ?

as I understand after reach that Provience through PNP there is no minimum criteria to stay long time.

Yes typically PR can move anywhere in Canada but having being nominated by a certain province, the intent is to settle within the nominated province. There is not criteria to stay how long but you should at least try to settle first. If you don't like it, then you can move anywhere.
