When you say medical done in advance, does it mean that you are selecting medical panel and getting all the tests done before CIC asked you to do so? When you received ITA doesn’t it asks for medical by default?

It could be single or multiple but needs to be comprehensive of all info asked.

It’s a straight forward ADR where SINP has asked you to provide second reference letter for all your employment you have claimed points for. Make sure to include all the info they have asked you in second ref letter.

I have not accepted the nomination yet so have not received the ITA, once I accept it I will get the ITA in the next draw.

If the person is on deputation still he is considered to work with the parent company, he can still provide you reference letter on company letter head, you can email him and ask. Also if you need second reference letter you should try to get it from other person if possible, may be SNIP wants...
