You just need a certificate from your employer that you are receiving a consolidated salary in cash and you are not covered by any pension fund as per your salary structure.

What government issued document can i show, i am from Nigeria and in my country i pay tax but it's paid on my behalf by the company combining all the employees taxes together,
I don't av a medical certificate neither do u have a pension statement.
What kind of government issued document can i tender to show i have been working.
I think you should add all this in a notarized declaration and along with this your company can issue a certificate.. definitely it will work for you for sure..

How to get work reference letter from colleague who is currently on deputation in the US?
This is the same person who provided reference letter for SINP process. Now need another one to cover till date period.

If the person is on deputation still he is considered to work with the parent company, he can still provide you reference letter on company letter head, you can email him and ask. Also if you need second reference letter you should try to get it from other person if possible, may be SNIP wants to cross check your experience, just a thought.

1. Which of my work experience is related to my degree?
2. In case I want to use Admin Asst from Nigeria, what documents am I gonna submit to support my claim.
3. Will SINP request for police report at this stage or only during the express entry application?
4. Can any applicants from Nigeria list/show the checklist received from SINP when he/she got ITA?

Work reference now needed is for EE ITA. As the person is giving in his individual capacity, it won't be on company letterhead.
I don’t understand, if a person is deputed in US but parent company is still the same like after his project is done he will return back to India for the same company then still he can issue the letter. His designation will not change because of deputation in India. Moreover if this is related to your current employment then you can reach your HR or any other colleague to issue it.
Also if it’s related to previous employment then I won’t get another letter until specifically asked by IRCC.
