I have submitted 3 payslips for each year of employment with my application and I didn’t get any ADR related to my payslip or work experience. For my first company I was unable to provide payslips for initial years. In that case I provided email communication from company HR stating the same.

In this case you can write a letter of explanation yourself stating that you can use those funds anytime and get your PF statements/certificates and this letter of explanation notorized.

I’m not too sure abt how to obtain it. However you can check with your employer. You can obtain detailed PF statement as well as PF certificate and get it notarized. I hope that should work.

So are you in Canada for soft landing or you went permanently, any estimate how long it’s taking to get PR card and other official documents?

You can submit statements from September 20 till date but if the requirement is to have funds prior to 3 months of ITA then there is no escape. SNIP is really strict on POF clause. All the best!
