How many working days it took for you? In my case 9th day still no news

My Immigration consultant said the same. he said now a days it takes anything between 5-15 workings. HRSDC says 5-10 days. So told me get ready for response even in 15 working days.

But is it first LMO for your employer as well in last two year? Rule says employer should have got atleast one positive lmo in last two year. It is nothing to do with employee. I can be a first lmo for employee Did I miss something?

If your job is in the skilled category why dont you try for accelerated LMO ? Your employer can withdraw old LMO application and apply A-LMO if complies with all the criterias.
