are you sure you got rejected from federal court , because usually it takes at least one year.

since they rejected it from the appeal will be difficult , i have been through all that since 4 yrs back and fourth from Federal court and IRB. However , try your chance with H&C because you have kids they will consider it. I really wish you a good luck.

Who told you that the refugee claimant not allowed them to work?? you can apply for work permit free online by CIC less then a month you will get it.

after my first hearing i applied for 2 appeals and they were negative too, so i went the federal court i won then my case sent it again to IRB , they dismissed. after that i went to federal court with other judge and i won again after that my case went to IRB again since 2015 Nov , they decide...

the last negative decision was in 2015 Nov , basically it has been more than 12 months.
