Thanks. Did you happen to get a ghost update on gckey? I have recieved it on Mar 19. I see lot of people getting everything at a go whereas, it looks like I'm the only one going through slowly :(

I spoke today to cic representative, she said eligibility has started, maybe that could be the reason for ghost update

Hi, My friend went through some personal issues and her husband took her pr card. He is nowhere to be found yet and he deserted her. The issue has been reported to police. She's planning to leave to India on sunday. So is there anyway that she can apply for PR card from India. Please help. Thanks
