    Not always status updated in online. I called CIC and came to know it has been approved on dec 31, but online status still shows Open. It's better to call CIC if the # of processing days passed.

    I called CIC @ 1 888 242 2100 just now and heard from call center officer that my BOWP has been approved and they will forward it for printing. How long will it take to receive the copy of WP in mail?

    Thx sanjayit81. It worked, though it was transfered to 1888-242-2100. It worked with my first and last name. According to technical support, for some applications we need to enter firstname and lastname in ECAS instead of just lastname.
