where are you sending your passport?? if within Canada, you have to use Canadapost Xpresspost service for both sending and receiving. if you are sending from USA, I think Fedex or UPS if u r sending from your country.. I am not sure Hope this helps :)

Hi NaomiA, Even I did in the same way.... your Regular size envelope (for return mail) will go into Large size envelope along with passport, letter and 2 photos
