i am planning to apply for citizenship.....landed immigrat si52000.....out of country only once in 2009 for 3 months.....indian passport expired in 2009 and never renewed it....never applied for pr card either but working full time since 2009 with same employer.....kids born in canada in 2012...

my parents received their passports back today..... visa valid till next year sept til their medicals valid ......planning to flagpole next week some time as they r already in on canada....

thanks pcc and medical request on 1st sept submitted on 28th sept ppr on 9th nov my cic was showing background check in progress almost for over 3 weeks before passport request....

mycic status is changed to closed application......final decision is application approved.....so hopfully passports r on their way back with visa stamp.....application status was already showing final decision....best of the luck to every one else....hopefully everyone will be reunited with...

i might be wrong but as per my understanding if your case is transfered to delhi that is only possible if sponsership is approved already.....

no such requirement from cic......attach the copy of passport showing their relationship......no we did not attest their affidavit from anywhere......just submit the copy of affidavit and keep the original for future...best of luck

maternity leave benefits are considered income...

your 10th grade certificate showing your father's name.....and photocopy of your passport page showing your father's name......i will send them certified copies......these 2 documents should work

there is s option if u don't have pr card you can send your passport to canadian embassy and get permanent resident travel document.......thats what i did to re entre

oh sorry you are asking about grand parents birthdates.....what burthdate r they using for their any kind of id .....adhar card etc use that....no proof is required

you don't need your parent's birth certificate only yours to show relationship......parent's birth certificate not required
