Got my first GCMS notes.......needs help

Hi Akimnesh, Did you note that the operational bulletin is no more valid? Even though not applicable anymore, one can say that if it was still valid the bulletin does not say that verbatim JD would be a cause for rejection. It may be a cause for question...visa officers may question whether...

Got my first GCMS notes.......needs help

Hi Dimadima, The junior officer says that the job description is copied from hrsdc site, nothing more or less. There is nothing stopping employers from copying the JD from hrsdc site and stopping implementation as a guide to duties to be performed, so nothing against this. J officer passes his...

Hello E. Got my first GCMS notes.......needs help

Hi Dimadima, Thanks for the info, now it seems to make some sense to me. Assuming that in your GCMS notes, 2014 is stated by typing error and actually means 2013 then 31k over 9 months means @ of 41k/year, which is matching your employment letter statement. 15k in 2012 over 4 months means @...

Hi Aa1129, Salary is what the employer paid to you during the qualifying period. How does this compare with standard salary for your NOC in your city or province? I believe small differences may be acceptable. The best thing is to get ready to provide proofs to CIC of the scope of the work...

GCMS Notes -- Review Required for Eligibility -- Suggestions needed

Hi Nihon19, The notes is always back dated info by about a month, so this might be the cause of difference in status. However the best thing to do is provide, if possible, 'new Emp. Letter with more detail explanation'. This would rule out any negative assessment. Hope this helps!

Hi Hari, Generally eligibility is established in 5 to 10 months and in some cases could be more. It seems that the PR process was broken in Aug-Sept and Dec-Jan for about 3 months, so in effect it is only 6 months for your processing. I hope you would get MR soon. At the same time you could...
