how to send registered letter to NDVO?

it shows background check in progress...i never got reply to any of my emails or CSE or notes yet :(

contacted my MP he said file is approved and itcan take upto sept 2017 to send ppr

Decision made since 37 days no ppr

nopes still waiting...been 36 days and did mp enquiry and he said all assesments are completed and just waiting on ppr ..he said it can take upto sept 2017(which is 18 months ) to get ppr...

but its mentioned that if she is with u she can accompny you and if abroad she can stay on phone...my friend has interview with her spouse.she was in india from last 4 months and they got so satisfied seeing them togther and didnt make any issue on why she is in india from so long..she said u...
