Yes June applicant file is at NDVO but no medical passed yet on ECAS or mycic

My file was received on 27 June 2016 . and file was transferred on 23 august . Medical status shows passed in CIC . some times they don't update that . may be that's why it does not show in yours

Hey do you provide any writing proof while filing your application like self declaration of your previous marriage??


This s also my second marriage and I provided self declaration of my previous marriage as well my husband's declaration.
I also have one question that husband and wife both have to go for interview or only spouse to NDVO. please help me out.

We have submitted divorce papers of our first marriage and marriage certificate of our second marriage. We did not submitted any self declaration.

In my case my husband is sponsor and me is applicant.
But my husband is canadian citizen and now a days he is in India. He will be with me for interview.

Email of interview came to my email address.

Can anyone provide the link of step by step process how they process after receiving the application?

I am sending part of email which i received today for interview

Who is required to attend?

If your sponsor is in India, he/she should accompany you to the interview.
If your sponsor is in Canada, he/she must be available for a possible phone interview at the same time that your interview is being held in Delhi (your sponsor should verify the local time in his/her province of residence in Canada which corresponds to the Indian Standard Time which has been scheduled for your interview). Please provide us with a residential phone number and address for your sponsor at the interview. Not all sponsors will be contacted as it may not be necessary.
Accompanying children over 18 years of age must appear with you at the interview. Children under 18 do not need to attend unless we have so requested.
Applicants who are adopted (except infants) must also attend, along with their natural parents and "power of attorney". Adoptive parents are encouraged to attend but are not required to do so.

Hi,

Yes you have to apply for CSQ.

It will only happen after you get the SA(Sponsor Approved) letter from CPC-M.

When you apply for CSQ, you have to compulsory put the copy of letter from CPC-M.

So do I say yes on the box where is says about the CSQ and then apply my application or they will send it to me before applying the application? Also in which category I should apply for CSQ for my wife? Any Idea.

Contact your MP. There have been cases where NDVO have missed to send PPRs. MPs can force them to send

Hello,

Can anyone help me with a few questions regarding TRV? I am April 25, 2016 applicant want to apply for visitor visa for my husband. I am struggling with two questions on the application form:

1. Question #9 : Country where applying? Same as country of residence? Yes or No : what should I answer. My husband is currently in India
2. Background Information Question # 2: Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada? What should I answer here because currently his spousal sponsorship is in process but we have never applied before that?
