Yes, i agree with you on the straight forward cases...BUT the t21 month time line they give is ONLY for spousal+common law+dependent children applications does not nclude grandparents.... also, i dont think n e body in PK would apply as common law so for us thats just spousal and dependent...

so now the processing time for pak is 21 months?? what the hell is this...hum to 16 maheenay ko ro rahay thay...and now this?? any of you guys that received AOR this year 2011...what does your time line say...are they still telling you 9 months??

yea i no...but i think every case is different and also depends on how much proof you give them, i think they are a little hard on 'nikah only' cases. and some ppl ahve had very small nikah ceremonies as well...also...missing documentaion, etc etc also add to the time frame...but i dont think...

I filed my hubbys sponsorship application June 18 2010 CPC-M and on cic website it says ISB started processing his file Aug 30/ 2010...and on the letter it told us '9 months'. my cousin sponsored his wife, in 2009, Jan 2009 is when he submitted applaictoin to CPC M and his wife rec'd her visa...

Hey I was wondering, so for 90 days no OHIP coverage, but can you apply for health card like within a week after you get here...or do you have to wait 90 days? Also, for driving lisecne, if a person has pakistani driver liscnece that is not yet expired they qualify for the 60 day thing, meaning...

just wondering...so when u say aor is that when YOU the sponsor rec'd the letter saying that ur file has been transfered to ISB and when you say sept 15th is that the date that it says when u log into the cic website?

was it a nikah only case or the whole ruksati valeema etc. i no its frustrating...our fie was started in aug nd its been 5 months!! and i feel like its too long so i ca only imagine how u feel...did u submit erything at once...or i mean did they have to request for some stuf and u submit it...

hehe so right! u get this stuff here in canada, but its jus not the same :( and u no wut, Allah's will is greater then anybody else's, therefore all we can do is pray for the best (prepare for the worst), and be in the hopes that all will go well, Inshallah
