medical is mandatory in Pakistan..I have never heard of a single case getting a study permit with a medical..it is even written in CHC website.. Habil probably got confused with Pakistanis living in Saudi Arabia who got the visa without medical.

Do you have any relatives in Canada? Who can afford a lawyer? Lawyers will tell you everything about what needs to be done because you are a genuine applicant and if this was United States embassy you would have gotten a visa like in just a month.
