    Spousal Sponsorship Medical

It would seem to be tricky since IRCC asks for your medical and then when you do it it's automatically uploaded to IRCC via St Lukes Medical Extension Clinic, you don't provide it. (At least that's what happened for us, outbound, Philippines.) For PR anyway. I suppose it could be different in...

    Need help

Still, I would focus on getting the first marriage divorced before trying to argue that its OK to be married to multiple persons since it was all done in another country. Ya never know :)

Misrepresentation in Family Class Sponsorship Application?

You can try though until it would/if it would be addressed you would still be responsible for your undertaking. A lot of the things you mentioned there wouldn't impact revoking a PR. See below. How to report fraud or abuse - Canada.ca

    Need help

I would suggest looking into getting a good lawyer and expect to pay out some green since it seems like this might be a bit tricky. I don't have any personal recommendations having been out of Canada for a long time but perhaps get some referrals from someone you trust. The cost will vary...

[2022] What if my medicals expire right around the time of approval?

Ok thanks. Anyway I am ready to provide had already anticipated that they might seek an "update" to see how my "moving" plans have progressed. You are a wealth of information sir :)

[2022] What if my medicals expire right around the time of approval?

Thanks for your reply. I think I will be OK for the proof of move, as I am in constant contact with my "future" residence in Canada at least for when we land. I have quite a bit of of things to add to a very detailed series of inclusions when we first applied. (A lot of updates and additions.)...

[2022] What if my medicals expire right around the time of approval?

My medicals expire in October so I hope that I either get approved before that so I have 2-3 months to prep or they ask for new ones. Would be kind of crazy to get the approval and get a COPR with like a 1-2 month validity as we would have take care of some things before leaving.

[2022] What if my medicals expire right around the time of approval?

While there is a difference between "confusion" and simply not knowing, I appreciate your detailed response :) Definitely "unconfused" now! Thanks to all who posted!

[2022] What if my medicals expire right around the time of approval?

Thanks for that. I assume that when we land in Canada, the border guys will only look for the COPR and passport, etc. They won't be digging into medical validity ? Also what would happen in the scenario that for the 18 hour flight the medical request goes through while "in flight"? I suppose...

[2022] What if my medicals expire right around the time of approval?

I know there have been a lot of discussions on this one but would like something modern to go by due to pandemic, etc. What if we get approved 1-2 months before the medicals expire? I need some time to get ready to go would there be a way to redo the medicals to align with the COPR validity of...

[Philippines] Medical Expiring October on Pre-Arrival Services

Hi there. Most things are done and I am told that medical expires one year after we accomplished it. With the Ukraine scenario and what not have a few questions. 1. If I am not approved before October, I understand the medical will have to be re-done. Does this mean you will have to pay for...

Pre arrival services letter... good news ?

Thanks for this. Do they actually hook you up with discounted temporary health insurance and what not? I was going to apply before we land to be sure. As per the current scenario I believe we will be not having to deal with a wait time even in Ontario for insurance since the Covid thing not...

Pre arrival services letter... good news ?

Just got this today and from what I understand it's not an approval, but decent news to get. Anything else to expect or anything valuable to get out of that? I am pretty much up to speed on how to apply and obtain SIN/Healthcare and we already have a decent plan but was wondering if there's...

Returning citizen- TSFA / Residency questions

Thanks for this. Will contact them as you indicated. I suspect that when I do they might open up a big thing on me but that's OK. The only thing I think I that might occur is my TSFA will be adjusted to be accurate since I didn't have any income or gains outside of my RRSP. (Which was...

    Cenomar is AOM ?

Hi there. I am married now for almost 2 years and on the advanced stages of my application. I have been asked to submit an AOM / Cenomar of which I had thought we already did but apparently not. Do I need to submit both or is it the same thing? And I can request from PSA here in the...

    Once approved, Tips for SIN/Healthcare

The lady on the phone did say that once you sort out this nonsense and get something mailed that you can be reimbursed for any medical expenses that you incurred as your coverage would be effective when you landed. Oh well perhaps it will be easier for me in Alberta. Thanks a lot for the...

    Once approved, Tips for SIN/Healthcare

Will have no issues doing this don't want to just waste time though. Just sad that the whole "mileage may vary thing" means what happens to your efforts is impacted by who you talk to not by some standard you can look for. Oh well will do my best :)
