Just now got an email for Medical and RPRF fees from Delhi immigration office .

sometimes it takes 2-3 weeks to get updated online. Don't worry mate.

Depends on kind of Nomination you had recieved from Province. In my case Overseas Skilled Worker from Manitoba Province . So the file need to be transfered to New Delhi visa office. I had recieved a email notification regarding this transfer. Now need to wait for Medical for next 6 months.

An email update from Delhi immigration office as Acknowledgment of Receipt and file being created.Finally file got transfered to Delhi. Need to wait further 6 months for Medical request.

This response is normal. Some applicants were able to link application before AOR. You can easily link your application after AOR. Don't worry at all. Even I had to wait for3 months to link my Paper based application online

Mine clearly states UCI and Application no. I believe you got same email. Yes there is no PDF. I was able to link my paper application to Online account after AOR. Thats your AOR email.
