Lol, that doesn't prove me wrong at all. Your post just continues to highlight your minimal knowledge.

As you were approved for Restoration, your status was retroactively legalized.

Those who do not apply and get approved for Restoration are illegal from the day their status expires. End of.

As if i care about your stupid opinion. Born canadian zero 000000 knowledge. Rubbish claims as usual. ;D ;D. May be start comparing with number of posts again lol ;D ;D ;D ;D. To comment further would be absolute waste of good time. ANYONE READING "canuck_in_uk " MUST CHECK FACTS. Restoration application doesnot take 3-4months . yes you can stay in CANADA must apply within 90days, no work and apply to restore status. Mine restoration took exactly 1month 2days along with a new open work permit for valid till11th nov 2018. A person can stay in canada within 90 days of restoration period.

I must mention these are most recent processing time for restoration of my application. I had never included any letter from member of parliament.

For the record I don't take CANUCK_IN_UK post with any seriousness as kids blabber. Those who blatantly refered RESTORATION status processing time is same for family, work permit. Must update information.

Not to pick any side here, but my restoration took about 15 weeks , even after talking with MP.

And you continue to show not just a lack of knowledge but a very poor attitude, something that really isn't welcome on this forum.

Hello,
I have some concerns in regards to my situation.
I am a bc pnp nominee and my federal file (NON EXPRESS ENTRY) has been submitted and i have been already been asked to submit landing fees. My work permit expired on sep. 2017 and i applied one month ahead of expiration however it got rejected as i missed paying $100.00 fees.
I got migration consultant to ile restoration application where he made me pay $200.00 (restoration application)+ $155.00 (work permit application) +$100.00 ((open work permit fees)
My work permit before was open work permit and had no restrictions on my permit or nomination certificate.

Do u think my lawyer has done right thing as lately i am hearing about this compliance fees. Kindly help any type of suggestions/input are helpful as very stressed right now and dont know what to do
