my friend is having an open work permit (ontario),for 2 years time, does his work permit leads to PR eventually? As he is also convincing me to come on open work permit and then we both go for PR after sometime. Can anybody please help me in making my decision.

Any senior pls suggest. One of my friend has got a positive LMO, He has not met minimum threshold in language, in IELTS he has 7 in writing 6 in speaking 5.5 each in listning and reading. overall band is 6. Now the point is he cant apply in May 4, FSW even he falls in the listed proffesisions...

You are right, but stiil people are not sure about the april/may announcements as they already changed dates 3 times before. Good luck for all of us :)
