why AEO taking too much time?

Dear forum, I applied under FSW2 with AEO in July 2011. Two months back I got additional documents request from LVO. But my employer decided to withdraw the job offer and denied to send the documents to LVO. I tried to convince him, but couldn't able to change his decision.

Anyone please put some light on my application. What should I write to VO?

Unfortunately ,,,,,,,,if your employer denied to provide you some legal documents about his business that means your application must be refused because .....Visa office always ask these documents to measure that is there still job is continous so job is not continue and visa office will refuse it........Now only your employer can save you from refusal.......your given time has been passed??????

if AEO would not issue untill 4th May then what will be ????????? do they will accept the AEO

Application with Positive AEO must reach to CIO before 4th May.

We all will need the positive AEO in the next few days to be able to submit our applications in time! We still have not heard anything!! If we don't get them in time we will be required to apply for an LMO and submit under the new process.. I have all my forms ready to go, this situation is so frustrating :'(
