why AEO taking too much time?

No before medical stage a procedures is required by visa office that is fresh documents are asked from Employer that job is still continue and some other documents from Employer so i have sent that now im expecting medical but after two months almost.....

Hi Rumaan unfortunately I have not heard anything on either of my applications, this is so frustrating I really hope one of us gets some news soon especially as the new process for the AEO will be implemented 4th May..

I emailed him this morning to arrange a meeting so hopefully will have an update shortly You mentioned about a 15 day wait from you consultant, did they say why?

He said for 15 days wait to get AEO, otherwise we will have to go for LMO procedure
Hope for the best.

No he has been travelling so no update yet :'( I am hoping to speak with him next week to find out if there has been any communication.. I hope so!! 15 days may be good advice however we are both at the stage when the AEO could come through any day.. I have everything crossed at the moment Has your employer received the letter about the changes yet?

We will have some news soon Rumaan, we will have some great news I am sure 8)

My employer still have not recieved any letter, as i told you earlier some of my freinds employers have recieved the letters with the option either to wait for AEO or go for LMO. Hope for the best
I am also confused what to do? applying PR with AEO( if i get) would be better or LMO ?

Well like you no letter so I am hoping that means we might be days away from a decision (yes for us both ) however if we get a letter I am going to ask for the LMO, I do not want to miss out if the AEO is not processed in time.. I don't know about you Rumaan but I am getting nervous, just want to know something as we only have a few weeks

yes you are right if we get a letter then we both should go for LMO,otherwise we have a time till 10th Aprill so that our application reaches Novascotia before May starts.

Dear forum, I applied under FSW2 with AEO in July 2011. Two months back I got additional documents request from LVO. But my employer decided to withdraw the job offer and denied to send the documents to LVO. I tried to convince him, but couldn't able to change his decision.

Anyone please put some light on my application. What should I write to VO?

seniors will suggest you better, i think your time has passed for AEO, now you have to go for LMO. Hope for the best
